The Vineyards of England Cellar (VEC), established in 2025, was created to unite some of the finest producers of English wine in a unique wine collaboration.

This wine collaboration operates as a collective effort to pool expertise, scale, and supply in order to tackle some of the challenges facing our industry. Specifically, it aims to deliver English wine at an affordable price point, showcasing the best from the vineyards of England Cellar.

By creating soft brands and tailored offerings, the VEC helps broaden the reach of English wine, attract new consumers, and drive sustainable, long-term growth for its partner vineyards, including those within the Vineyards of England Cellar, through innovative wine collaboration.

Our growers are all professional family farmers who have embraced the art of viticulture, resulting in expertly grown English wine that showcases the best our country can produce. This dedication to quality is reflected in the exceptional offerings from the Vineyards of England Cellar, making it a perfect example of our wine collaboration.

We produce exclusively English wine, crafted from grapes sourced from the Vineyards of England Cellar. Our offerings include both still and sparkling wines, such as PetNat, tailored for a variety of wine collaborations with On and Off Trade brands.

All our winemaking is performed at Defined Wine Ltd by a team of six expert winemakers, led by Nick Lane, as part of our commitment to producing exceptional English wine through our collaboration with the Vineyards of England Cellar.
